At Quantum Living store, we are committed to delivering authentic, functional, and high-quality wellness devices. Because we sell physical and personal-use products, this policy clearly explains when returns or refunds are allowed, while protecting both our customers and our business from misuse or fraud.
This policy does not override any statutory consumer rights applicable under Nigerian law.
Our Commitment to Product Quality
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are typically final after delivery. That said, if your item arrives with a verified defect or manufacturing fault, we are happy to assist in line with this policy.
Refund Eligibility Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, unless the issue is related to a verified manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
When a Refund MAY Be Approved
You may request a return or refund only if:

Proof & Verification
To prevent abuse, all defect claims must include:

Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

Original packaging and serial number (if applicable)

Proof of purchase from Quantum Living

Description of the issue within the first 10 days
We reserve the right to request additional evidence before approving any return.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved:

Item must be returned in original packaging

All accessories, manuals, and labels must be included

The item must be returned exactly as received

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received and inspected by Quantum Living.
Inspection & Refund Decision
All returned items undergo inspection.

If the defect is confirmed, → refund or replacement will be issued

If no fault is found → refund is declined, and the item may be returned to the customer at their cost
Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method only.
Warranty Policy
Certain products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which applies after the 10-day refund window.
The warranty covers:
